Dawn is passionate about helping people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a Certified Autism Specialist.
Before moving to the United States, Dawn spent several years advocating for youth and adults involved in the criminal justice system, helping them overcome obstacles and build new paths forward. After relocating to the U.S., she worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, supporting children, adolescents, and adults on the autism spectrum. These experiences strengthened her commitment to helping people build on their strengths and create meaningful change.
Dawn works with clients facing ADHD, anxiety, autism-related concerns, grief, and everyday life stressors. She believes therapy should be as unique as the individual and tailors her approach to each client’s needs, goals, and strengths.
Recognizing that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, Dawn strives to create a welcoming, judgment- free space where clients can be themselves. Through compassion, authenticity, and humor, she helps clients gain insight, build confidence, develop practical skills, and move toward the life they want to create.
“Too often, people go through life feeling misunderstood or unheard. My goal is to provide a space where clients can find their voice, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels authentic to them.”
